4. Ordering Tyres Online

• Orders can be placed through our website.
• Prices displayed include VAT but may exclude fitting or delivery unless otherwise stated.
• We will confirm your order by email. This confirmation is not acceptance. The contract is formed once payment is received and we confirm availability.
• Tyres are sold subject to manufacturer warranty.

5. Booking Appointments

• When booking a fitting slot, you agree to attend at the confirmed time.
• If you need to change or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments may incur charges.

6. Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
• Payment must be made in full before tyres are fitted or dispatched.
• All prices are in GBP (£).

7. Delivery & Fitting

• Delivery/fitting dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, stock shortages).
• For mobile fitting, you must provide a safe and legal location for our technicians to work.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Tyres cannot be returned once fitted or used unless faulty.
• Unused tyres may be returned within 14 days of purchase under your Consumer Rights, provided they are in original condition.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Warranties

• All tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation elsewhere, accidents, or neglect.

10. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income, vehicle downtime, or business interruption.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Website Use

• You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, scraping data, or attempting unauthorised access.
• All content, images, and branding belong to Faversham Tyre Service unless otherwise stated.
